1. Order Processing & Shipping

- Orders are shipped through trusted logistics partners across India.
- Estimated delivery timelines:
- Metro Cities: 7-10 business days
- Non-Metro Locations: 15-20 business days
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.
Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, holidays, or logistics delays.
2. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order.
- After 24 hours, orders may not be cancelled as processing and dispatch preparation begin.
3. Returns Policy
We offer returns only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
Eligibility for Returns
- Return request must be raised within 24-36 hours of delivery
- Product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition & packaging
- Must include original packaging, invoice, labels, and accessories
Non-Returnable Cases

4. Exchange / Replacement Policy

Process
- We will arrange a pickup where service is available
- If pickup is not available, the customer may be required to ship the product via a reliable courier

5. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed only after the returned product passes quality inspection

- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method
