1. Order Processing & Shipping

  • All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders are shipped through trusted logistics partners across India.
  • Estimated delivery timelines:
    • Metro Cities: 7-10 business days
    • Non-Metro Locations: 15-20 business days
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.

Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, holidays, or logistics delays.

2. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order.
  • After 24 hours, orders may not be cancelled as processing and dispatch preparation begin.

3. Returns Policy

We offer returns only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Return request must be raised within 24-36 hours of delivery
  • Product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition & packaging
  • Must include original packaging, invoice, labels, and accessories

Non-Returnable Cases

  • Products that have been installed, used, or damaged after delivery
  • Requests raised after the 36-hour return window
  • Customized or made-to-order products (unless defective)

4. Exchange / Replacement Policy

  • In case of a damaged, defective, or wrong product delivered, we will offer a replacement or exchange (subject to approval under warranty only).
  • The request must be raised within 24-36 hours of delivery with images/videos as proof.
  • Our team will verify the issue before approving the replacement.

Process

  • We will arrange a pickup where service is available
  • If pickup is not available, the customer may be required to ship the product via a reliable courier
  • Once verified, the replacement will be dispatched within 7-10 business days

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned product passes quality inspection
  • Timeline: 7-10 business days after product receipt
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method

Note:

  • Shipping or handling charges (if any) may be non-refundable
  • A nominal deduction may apply to refunds to the original payment method

6. Damaged or Defective Products

  • Please report any damaged or defective product within 24–36 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos/videos with our support team for faster resolution
  • We will ensure a quick replacement or resolution

7. Customized & Special Orders

Products that are customized, made-to-order, or specially sourced are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
