1. Warranty Coverage
- All Magnova magnetic track lighting products come with a standard warranty of 3 years from the date of purchase against any manufacturing defects only.
- The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Damage due to any electrical faults is not covered under warranty.
2. Products Covered
This warranty applies to:
- Magnetic track lights (spotlights, linear lights, diffused lights)
- Magnetic tracks (recessed, and surface)
- Drivers/power supplies (48V systems)
- Connectors and essential accessories
3. What is Covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- LED failure under normal operating conditions
- Driver malfunction
- Internal wiring defects
4. Warranty Exclusions
This warranty will be considered void and non-applicable under the following conditions:
- The product has been tampered with, modified, or repaired by unauthorized personnel
- Installation is not done as per the recommended guidelines or by a qualified professional
- The lighting system is used with unstable, fluctuating, or improper power supply
- Damage caused by voltage surges, electrical faults, or incorrect wiring connections
- Use of incompatible drivers, transformers, or non-approved components
- Exposure to water, moisture, dust, or extreme environmental conditions beyond product specifications
- Damage caused during handling, transportation, or after installation
- Usage in commercial or industrial environments beyond intended capacity
- Normal wear and tear, including light output degradation over time (LED lumen depreciation)
- Products used with generators (DG sets), inverters, or temporary power sources without proper stabilisation
5. Warranty Claim Process
To request a warranty claim:

- Order details/invoice
- Product images or videos showing the issue
- Brief description of the problem
- Our team will review and respond within 2–3 business days
6. Resolution Process
Once the claim is approved:
- The product will have to be shipped back to us.
- The product may be repaired or replaced, depending on the issue (paid or FoC)
- In some cases, only the defective part/component may be replaced
- Replacement timelines: 3–7 business days after approval (excluding shipping time)
7. Important Conditions
- Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser
- Products must be used in accordance with installation guidelines
- Professional installation is strongly recommended for optimal performance
- The company reserves the right to inspect the product before approval and approve/reject claims
8. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the product. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use.
